The system is designed to support a RAID 0 drive pair, to which imaging data is streamed. The default option is a pair of Western Digital 10K RPM Velociraptor 500GB drives, for a total of 1TB storage.
Users typically need not order this system directly.! Thorlabs should, by default, include a this exact Superlogics system with this reference configuration and RAID 0 data drive pair as part of any ordered MPM scanner hardware kit. Users should specify to Thorlabs, at time of order, that hardware must be 'ScanImage compatible' to ensure this compatible computer system is included.
