At this time, SI3 supports piezo controller operation for ordinary stepping stacks, whether as the primary or secondary stage controller (SI3.8 allows dual stage controller specification, ScanImage 3 supports axial stepping with piezos, e.g. one for coarse and another for fine stepping). SI4 supports stack operations and additionally allows piezo sweeps for faster for stack acquisitions. |
