Developer User Functions/Plugins
Beginning with ScanImage 3.7.1, all ScanImage releases contain a 'Samples' folder which include user functions, several following the 'plugin' pattern. These are briefly described below.
SI4 Samples
Function Name | Description |

hantman_imageAndStimulate.m | Delivers stimulus and initiates camera acquisition with timing relative to start of each acquisition |
si4_postStimPulse.m | Delivers stimulus pulse at specified delay relative to start of each acquisition |
