Overview
ScanImage 5 will 1) unify resonant and galvo scanning capabilities into a single architecture and 2) support the use of generic resonant scanning hardware.
ScanImage 5 will have customization layers for both CPU and FPGA-based processing which can be used to implement online or real-time analysis, including closed-loop experiments with parallel imaging and (photo)stimulus.
