Assembly instructions

 

Insert the objective slowly and carefully into the holder. If it enters at a slight angle it can get wedged and is hard to remove. A constant twisting motion while inserting can be helpful. A dry lubricant such as graphite might also be helpful, although this has not been tried.

Secure with four M4x12 cap screws.

Sapphire contact pads are affixed in their pockets with 2-part epoxy.

    The first time I tried I got it stuck pretty quickly. I removed it and tried again and it went in super easily without even twisting. I just lowered slowly and was careful to go straight down.
