  1. Put feet on bottom of main body using ¼-20 set screws.
  2. Mark correct orientation of galvos. Remove the galvo mirrors from their mounts
  3. Slide small galvo mirror through cap of galvo end. Secure mirror in place.
  4. Attach the galvo mirror mount to the bottom of the main body (using 2x M2.5 screws)
  5. Slide large galvo through main body and into mount. Fix in place.
  6. Screw in end cap using knurled head captive panel screw and spring.
  7. Secure fiber collimator using socket set screw. Make back end of fiber collimator flush with exterior of main body.
  8. Mount the achromatic doublet in the SML05 lens tube; ensure orientation is correct.
  9. Attach the lens tube to the DFM1B cube base piece.

    10. Attach DFM1B cube base pieces to the main body; ensure orientation is correct.

11. Attach ID36 iris to the main body.

12.  Attach the ER1 rods to the DFM1B cube,

13. Secure the right angle prism mirror into its holder for light guide end. Make sure bottom and side base are flush with reference surfaces.

14.  Place condenser lens into light guide end holder and secure with a SM30RR retaining ring. The fit might be very tight.

15. Slide the holder onto the rods attached to the DFM1B and secure with screws short 4-40 screws.

16. Place DFM1B cube into main body and secure down with ¼ screw.

17. Attach the SM1L03T angled optic mount containing the ND filter to the cube.

18. Attach the SM1L20 lens tube to the cube

19. Attach the AOS cap

20. Attach the optic holder to the flip motor, and slide inside the AOS cap. Attach to the cap with two small screws.

21. Mount the silver mirror in the optic holder

22. Add 8-32 set screws to main base

23. Assemble the widefield camera assembly

24. Add the translation stage to the base piece and the right angle piece.

25. Attach translation stage to the custom piece, ensuring its orientation is correct.

26. Attach translation stage to right angle piece.

27. Attach pointgrey camera and lens to custom piece with three M3 screws.

28. Assemble GCAlignmentAssby

29. Attach angled optic mount with ND filter to pellicle cube

30. Attach SM1L10 lens tube to pellicle cube

31. Set camera to be 23.7 mm from pellicle using SM1A9 C-mount coupler

32. Add the ER2 rods to the pellicle cube

33. Mount semrock mirror in DFM11 cube, by taking apart cube, listening screws on clip, sliding mirror in, with face with semrock written on it facing out.

34. Set the top of the SM1V10 lens tube 36.1 mm above the pellicle. Set a retaining ring 5.9 mm down inside the lens tube (top surface to top surface).

35. Place P100 pinhole onto retaining ring and secure in place using a retaining ring.

36. Cut lens tube cover two 1” pieces using pipe cutter. Slide into SC1K jig and press down with soft pliers so that tube covers become tight fitting.

37. Put tube covers on lens tubes.

38. Put 6 mm cage with LED, 38.4 mm above pellicle.

39. Attach the CGAlignmentAssby to the main block by sliding the lens tube into the hole and tightening with set screws

40. Attach the AOS cap with motor to the main base using M3 screws

41. Glue polarizing beam splitting cube to DFM1T1 using norland 81. Check orientation is correct. Unscrew lid from DFM1T1 so that cube can be dropped in easily. Place

42. Attach cap with motor to base piece using M3 screws.

43. Mount base piece to vertical breadboard. Have to remove DetLensHolderAssby. Secure in place with foot clamps. Add widefield camera assembly too
