This file is used to specify hardware and various rig-specific parameters on launching Ephus.
A generic version of this file, called 'ephusInit_model.m', is provided with Ephus; it can be found at the top of the directory structure.
Recommended practice (as described in the tutorials) is to copy this file to another location, rename, and specify parameters as needed for the particular rig.
Note for power users: certain 'hidden variables' (variables in the ephus.m file) can be specified in the initialization file.
