Reorganized Main Controls Window

This page contains macros or features from a plugin which requires a valid license.

You will need to contact your administrator.

New Controls

• AutoSv: Checkbox indicating whether to autosave data from GRAB/LOOP acquisitions. This function is identical to the Settings >> Auto save checkbox available on the Main Controls menubar.
      When Save during acquisition is selected from the window, this checkbox changes to display Logging (). See Unlimited and Uninterrupted Acquisition for more details.
• EXT: See External Triggering for more details.
• Offset X/Y, SET, PARK: These grouped controls are related to the new Beam and Scan Alignment Tools.
• Inf Focus: This checkbox See 'Infinite' FOCUS Operation for more details.
• Servo Delay Controls: See Servo (Cusp) Delay Adjustable From Main Controls for more details.

Moved Controls

These controls are unchanged in operation from ScanImage 3.0. They have simply been relocated within the Main Controls window.

• LS, CT: The LS and CT controls, which allow user-interactive specification of rotation and X/Y shift, respectively, have been moved. They are now located near the Rotate and Shift X/Y controls, respectively, suggestive of their function.
• ROI Controls: The controls related to the creation, deletion, and selection of user-specified regions-of-interest (i.e. a triad of zoom, Shift X, and Shift Y settings), are grouped together now into a bar, suggesting their related functionality.
